Cancellation Policy

We value the time of our staff and our clients. If you need to cancel an appointment, our goal is that you give enough notice so that we can offer the appointment to another client. Please review our cancelation policy below…

If you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to start time, you can reschedule your appointment and transfer your $50 deposit to your next service IF that appointment is booked within the same month. If you do not rebook that appointment within the same month, you will have to repay a $50 deposit for your next service.

If you cancel more than 12 hours prior to your appointment, you will not receive your $50 deposit back, but will not be charged the full price for your service.

If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to your appointment time or have a “no call, no show”, you will not receive a refund of your $50 deposit and will be charged for the full price of your service.
